ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЗАДАЧІ ПАКУВАННЯ ДЛЯ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ТЕРАПЕВТИЧНИХ КОМПЛЕКСІВ

The research is focused on utilizing packing problems to study structures of therapeutic nanocomplexes. Packing groups of objects (molecules) within a given volume is considered, taking into account allowable distances between core and orbit components. A mathematical model is provided as a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem. This problem is aimed at achieving maximum therapeutic efficiency. The work holds substantial potential for enhancing treatment methodologies and broadening the application of mathematical modeling in the field of medical sciences.
