This paper addresses the assessment of software localization projects, focusing on the classification of indicators influencing localization complexity and providing their descriptions. The indicators are divided into three groups: technical factors, client-determined factors, and limitations related to scope and content. These crucial indicators have a pivotal role in estimating the cost and time required for localization, contributing to the success and efficiency of the localization process.
