This work presents a comparative analysis of methods utilized in planning work for website development projects. It scrutinizes specific planning techniques such as the Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), and Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM). Through an exploration of their practical applications within the context of website creation, this research aims to shed light on their individual strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for diverse project scenarios.
