АЛГОРИТМ ПІДБОРУ ТА РОЗПОДІЛУ РЕКОМЕНДОВАНИХ КУРСІВ ПРАЦІВНИКАМ ІТ-КОМПАНІЇ

Every year, more and more technologies are integrated into various areas of life and business, and the demands on IT workers are increasing. Therefore, there is a need for skills enhancement through courses. In this researching we develop an algorithm for selecting and distributing recommended courses to employees for further integration into an IT company. This algorithm consists of several steps, such as worker resume analysis, project requirement analysis, course analysis, and selection of recommended courses. Targeted development is aimed at the development and implementation of a new approach that will increase the effectiveness of the selection of recommended courses and their optimal distribution among employees.
