In this thesis work considers the development of components of web-system for searching and booking accommodation, which allows to simplify the process of searching and booking accommodation for tenants, as well as the process of renting accommodation for its owners. During the work were developed server and client parts. The system makes it possible to efficiently search, book and rent accommodation. We are considering the development of components of a web-based housing search and booking system that will simplify the process of searching for and booking housing for tenants, as well as the process of renting housing for its owners. In the course of the work, the server and client parts were developed.
